Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup instant oats
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp chocolate sauce
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cold coffee
