Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup instant oats
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chocolate sauce
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cold coffee

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Use the 'smoothie' option or blend on high until well combined. Enjoy immediately.
